Cleveland Browns News 5/4: Batman Returns, Nathaniel Watson Day, and Muni Lot Doomed?

Good morning, Cleveland Browns fans!

Happy Saturday to one and all in Brownstown! There’s a lot I could complain about this morning – the odds that something annoys me each morning goes up with each succeeding year – but I just realized that my notion of “work” is sitting down and listening to music while writing about the Cleveland freaking Browns, so, all in all, I have nothing to complain about. Even if various parts of my body have decided that registering pain is the way to go these days. I’m talking to you, leg. And you, shoulders.

But, nah, I’ve got nothing to complain about.

That’s especially true compared to some of the folks featured in today’s, which include Nick Chubb (coming back from a brutal injury), various folks at the NFL Network (who lost their jobs), and anyone who loves the Muni Lot (soon to be a memory, it seems). Yikes. There’s not a lot of happiness in today’s Wire. But we’ll struggle through that together, you and I, and hopefully move on to happier news days ahead.

There are lots of things to look forward to—summer, for one, and the upcoming 2024 season, for another. So, let’s all put on our Official Newswire Happiness Caps and grind our way through Saturday morning.
