Marc Marquez Has finally agreed on a 1- year $56 million deal with Red Bull

The Austin track is home to the Spaniard’s seventh race triumph at track of The Americas, where he claimed his maiden MotoGP victory in 2013.

The victory, which Marquez would go on to achieve in just his second premier class start while riding the Repsol Honda, would ignite an unlikely run to the first of his six MotoGP World Championship championships during his rookie season.

Eleven years later, 58 more MotoGP victories have been achieved. Marquez, who was forced to withdraw from the 2023 race due to injury, is expected to make history this year in Texas by riding for Ducati and maybe retaking the top spot on the COTA podium.

Marquez has, in fact, had a positive start to his career with Gresini Racing, demonstrating competitiveness in the first two races in Qatar and Portugal on the GP23. Because of this, a lot of people believe that COTA is the best course for him to win in Ducati colors.

The guy himself, meanwhile, is less hopeful about challenging for the win; instead, Marquez is focusing on his maiden grand prix podium.

Our riding style leads us to a nice track. We have had a lot of success in the past, but as we seen in Portimao, there are still some riders who are quicker than me right now. We’ll try to get a little closer.

“I would sign if you had told me today that I would get my first [Ducati] podium. But step by step, I have to get to the podium before I can win.

It is a whole new idea of a bike. Alex Rins shown last year how powerful and reliable the Honda was.

“Let us observe the Ducati’s operation here; I anticipate that it will differ, but my objective remains the same.”
