Former Tottenham Defender Daniel Rose Is coming Back as Tottenham Spur General Manager

The Tottenham midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg is getting ready to leave North London in the summer, according to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano.

The Danish midfielder joined Tottenham Hotspur in 2020, during Jose Mourinho’s tenure at N17, for £15 million before add-ons. Under Mourinho and Antonio Conte, the 28-year-old was among the first names on the team sheet, but since Ange Postecoglou came over as Spurs manager, he has fallen down the hierarchy.

Daniel Levy will be hoping to prove himself instead of losing him for free in the summer, since his contract at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is set to expire after just one season. Add to that the fact that with the minutes under his belt, a sale is probably in the works for the campaign’s conclusion.

The former Southampton midfielder may be a key member of the team because he participated in 27 of the 28 Premier League games this season; yet, he has mostly been used as a substitute. The fact that Pape Sarr and Yves Bissouma’s pivot had been chosen over him is greatly helping Ange.

The Italian commented on X, the previous Twitter, regarding Hojbjerg’s recent change of agencies, which is often a sign that he is planning to leave the present setting.
