Head coach Sean McDermott isn’t expected to earn Coach of the Year for the Buffalo Bills the next season, despite leading the team to four straight AFC East titles and keeping them in the running for the Super Bowl.
At the moment, McDermott has +4000 odds to win the prize according to the sportsbook. The title of Coach of the Year is usually given to coaches who turn around underperforming teams.
