Dr Rajpal Brar said that Tottenham defender Ryan Sessegnon is still likely to remain sidelined for a few more weeks.

The English left-back is having difficulty breaking free from a pattern of injuries, according to the injury expert.

This might be due to his inability to stay fit for an extended amount of time due to lack of sleep, poor diet, stress, or other off-field issues.

Dr. Brar, a sports scientist and physical therapist, spoke exclusively with Tottenham News about Sessegnon’s condition of play. He stated: “He is stuck in a re-injury cycle and is finding it extremely hard to get out of it.”

Taking good care of his health and participating in matches can help him solve the issue.

It could be caused by inadequate sleep, stress management, poor diet, or strength and conditioning exercises. He needs to focus on the problem and apply great effort to find a solution if he wants to break free from that loop.

“It’s still missing him by a couple of weeks.”

Is Sessegnon going to stay at Tottenham?
After making his comeback to the field for the FA Cup match against Burnley at the beginning of January, the 23-year-old has not appeared for the Lilywhites since.

Due to a Grade 3 hamstring strain, he missed the months of August through December and is currently sidelined with a thigh ailment.

Sessegnon’s contract expires at the end of the current campaign, so if the Spurs want to cash in on him, they might seek offers in the summer.
