After losing to the Houston Texans in the wild-card playoff round, they have made a few coaching staff changes, including the appointment of Ken Dorsey as the new offensive coordinator in favor of Alex Van Pelt. It’s unclear what position Ohio State University linebackers coach James Laurinaitis is interviewing for, but CFB Focus reports that the Browns have scheduled an interview with him.
Between 2005 and 2008, Laurinaitis spent four seasons as a student at Ohio State, where he was selected three times as a consensus All-American, three times as a member of the First team All-Big Ten, and twice as the Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year.
The St. Louis Rams, who selected him in the second round of the 2009 NFL Draft, were his home team for seven of his eight seasons as an NFL player.
