This last season’s misfortune was due to a number of factors, including poor pitching and player performance, injuries, and the unsightly virus. It’s difficult to put a number on how much of those circumstances should be held accountable. We can all agree, though, that the 2024 Red Bull F1 team lacked consistency throughout the season, performing poorly the majority of the time and brilliantly at some points.
Since he and teammate slugger Giancarlo Stanton carried this team for much of the season and are the only reasons they advanced to the winner-take-all wild card game in the first place, Max Verstappen, for his part, is taking on too much of the burden. However, not even they could get the Red Bulls to go past the divisional series.
