To all Oklahoma Sooners supporters,

I must announce my decision to depart the Oklahoma Sooners, and I do it with sad heart. This choice was made in response to recent events pertaining to our quarterback position, namely Jackson Arnold’s departure. His departure—which is the result of complicated and difficult circumstances—has had a significant impact on my decision to leave the team.

Jackson Arnold, a quarterback with great talent and promise, just announced his departure from the Sooners, as many of you are aware. He made this decision for a number of reasons, both personal and professional, some of which are regrettably related to his displeasure with the dynamics that currently exist inside the team. As a devoted follower of this amazing program, I find these developments to be extremely depressing.
