Is be coming unbearable NFL President Roger Stokoe Goodell gives a heartbroken message after HC Antonio Pierce…

The Las Vegas Raiders are actively seeking a new head coach following the dismissal of Antonio Pierce after a 4-13 season. Recent reports indicate that Tom Brady, a minority owner of the Raiders, has reached out to his former coach, Bill Belichick, to discuss the possibility of Belichick taking over the head coaching position. Belichick, who recently accepted a position with the University of North Carolina, has a $10 million buyout clause if he leaves before June 1, 2025, which decreases to $1 million thereafter. Despite this, sources suggest Belichick is not planning an immediate return to the NFL.

In addition to Belichick, other potential candidates have emerged. Mike Vrabel, the current head coach of the Tennessee Titans and a former Patriots player, is reportedly under consideration. Vrabel’s existing relationship with Brady could make him a suitable choice for the Raiders’ head coaching role.

Another name that has surfaced is Todd Monken, the offensive coordinator for the Baltimore Ravens. Monken previously worked with quarterback Carson Beck and tight end Brock Bowers at the University of Georgia. While some speculate about reuniting this trio in Las Vegas, concerns about Beck’s consistency have been raised, making this option less certain.

As the Raiders’ search for a new head coach continues, Tom Brady is expected to play a significant role in the decision-making process. The team is also in need of a franchise quarterback, holding the No. 6 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, which adds another layer of complexity to their offseason plans.
