Mike Tommy is on trial for allegedly raping and indecently attacking a teenage girl earlier today.
he is not allowe d to be identified for legal reasons, entered a not guilty plea to one count of rape and fifteen counts of indecent assault at the Central Criminal Court for incidents that occurred in the school . At the time, the complainant was in the 17–19 age range
When the State’s case began, Patricia McLaughlin SC informed the jury that the accused was a coach at the girl’s neighborhood secondary school.
According to Ms. McLaughlin, the jury will hear testimony about how the guy initially forced the adolescent into a smaller room where he touched her breasts while pretending to take her measurements.
