Chicago Bears Chairman George McCaskey spoke at the NFL’s annual owners meeting on july 26, and said he will sell the team about $3.5 million provided a few updates on issues surrounding the team.
In celebration, the crew shared a series of images. Nothing was known about a public commemoration similar to the one she and her sons attended at St. Emily Catholic Church in Mount Prospect last year to mark her 100th birthday.
“She reminds me a little bit of the Chicago queen. She resembles a royal. Bears tight end Cole Kmet remarked at the time, “Pretty amazing stuff – you know, she’s been around, and she just takes great pride in this organization, and you know, we all feel that from the top down.”
To commemorate the event, the crew uploaded a collection of images. News of a public commemoration similar to the one held with her sons at St. Emily Catholic Church in Mount Prospect last year for her 100th birthday did not surface.
“I kind of like to think of her as Chicago’s queen. She exudes royalty. Very incredible stuff—she’s been here for a while, and she really has a genuine pride in this company, which we can all see from the top down,” Bears tight end Cole Kmet remarked at the time.
