Max Verstappen is branded ‘biggest whinger ever in F1’ and told to ‘stop crying’ by fans after his latest moans about Charles Leclerc… and even his own Red Bull team snapped ‘calm down and let us do our job’ at him
With five laps to go, the 24-year-old took to the team radio to voice his displeasure about Leclerc—who was still running in second—driving across the pit-lane entry line and challenging the title.
Red Bull executives responded sternly to the defending champion, having his race engineer Gianpiero Lambiase get back on the radio and instruct him to focus on the race rather than the rules.
Max Verstappen lost it “everything” in the early going of Bahrain Grand Prix first practice, as the Red Bull star had difficulties.
Verstappen wasn’t happy with the setup of his car even though he was leading the field on the medium tires and 0.084 seconds quicker than teammate Sergio Perez. His complaint, over the team radio, was that “everything is like miles off.”
