It looked like a reporter forgot to put the camera on mute and was having a very private conversation during the Chicago Sky’s press conference via Zoom after their 84-71 loss to the Seattle Storm on Sunday.
The Sky players had some incredible facial expressions as a result, including standout rookie Angel Reese, who said on social media on Monday that she was “shook” at the time:
When asked about the achievement, head coach Teresa Weatherspoon told reporters, “It’s absolutely amazing to see.” “She may be taking a surprise on herself, but not on me.
She puts in the work necessary to be able to accomplish it, so it’s something she can do. It’s amazing to see how much work you have to put in to be able to accomplish this, and it’s a will and a want to.”
