FIRED The head coach of the National Football League (NFL) New Orleans Saints is American football coach Dennis James Allen.[1] From 2012 to 2014, he was the Oakland Raiders’ head coach. In the past, Allen has served as a coach for the Dallas Cowboys, Houston Rockets, New Orleans Saints, Tulsa University, and Texas A&M University, where he received his undergraduate degree. Allen served as the Saints’ defensive coordinator for the first seven seasons until being elevated to head coach in 2022.
