Pittman made the choice to put his personal health and well-being ahead of his work obligations after giving it some thought and consulting with his family.

“I have loved every moment of coaching the Razorbacks and am proud of what we’ve achieved together,” Pittman said. But after giving it some thought and talking to my family, I’ve made the decision to resign in order to prioritize my health and spend more time with my loved ones. Even though it’s a difficult choice, this is the best one for my family and myself right now.”
