Auburn Tigers QB Payton Thorne in Tears As Doctors Reveals He Will no longer Participate in any Sport due to…

Nehemiah Pritchett, a former cornerback for Auburn football, was the first Tiger taken in this year’s NFL Draft. With Pritchett selected by the Seattle Seahawks with the #136 overall pick, he would start his professional career more than 2,500 miles away from his hometown.

Subsequently, DJ James was chosen by the Seahawks with the #192 overall choice in the next round, ensuring that two young men from South Alabama would embark on their professional careers as teammates.

When Pritchett learned that James had been selected by the Seahawks, he said, “I was overjoyed.” “I’ve been friends with D.J. (James) for a very long time. In high school, we participated in the all-star game together. When he was about to graduate from high school, I attempted to convince him to come to Auburn, but he chose to go to Oregon. So far, he and I are enjoying ourselves.”

Despite starting his undergraduate career in Oregon, James played with Pritchett for the previous two seasons on the Plains, and the two were happy to keep improving together. They even had a similar rookie camp outfit, with James wearing number 29 and Pritchett wearing number 28.
