Kansas City Fans Shed Tears Key Man Have Been Arrested For Murder….

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – An 18-year-old Kansas City man who is the alleged third shooter in the Chiefs rally shooting, has finally been released from the hospital and booked into the Jackson County Detention Center.

Dominic Miller sustained injuries during the shooting which resulted in him being hospitalized for nearly three months.

Additionally, two other men have been charged with murder in connection with the death of Lisa Lopez-Galvan on Feb. 14 outside Union Station.

Lyndell Mays, 23, and Terry Young, 20, were charged with second-degree murder, as well as two counts of unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action.

Prosecutor Jean Peters-Baker stated that an argument took place at the Chiefs rally, and Mays was the first person to pull out a gun. The prosecutor stated that multiple others pulled out firearms, including Dominic Miller.

Peters-Baker stated that it was Miller’s gun that fired the bullet that struck and killed Lisa Lopez-Galvan.

The prosecutor said she wanted others who suffered injury as a result of the shooting to step forward, whether they were trampled, sprained an ankle, or were shot, to call 816- 234-5043.

Police believe that it is the bullet from Miller’s weapon that tragically killed radio host Lisa Lopez Galvan. Miller is also facing the same charges as Mays and Young.
