Tiger Woods Announce His Retirement from Golf after 2024 Masters Tournament
The majority of golfers at August National finished their opening 18 holes before sundown, despite bad weather delaying the start of the 2024 Masters.
But the most well-known character in the game wasn’t in that group.
Tiger Woods played a great first round on Thursday, but he was unable to finish it. At the time of play’s suspension, he was one-under after 13 holes.
Although he’s off to a great start, Woods will almost surely have a long and difficult Friday if he hopes to be in the running for a sixth career green jacket. It will be a difficult assignment for the 48-year-old with a lengthy history of injuries for Woods to finish five holes early on Friday morning before he tees off again for another 18 holes just a few hours later.
