Great news: He Is Coming Back

Former Michigan Linebacker Joe Bolden is coming back as Michigan Manager

Karmello English, a wide receiver for Michigan, said on Saturday that he will use the Transfer Portal. The Wolverines’ spring roster was made public earlier in the day, and the rising sophomore was not included.

“I had a great time being a Wolverine! I want to express my gratitude to Coaches Bellamy, Moore, and Harbaugh for having faith in my potential to play at UM. Above all, I’m grateful to my teammates, Michigan supporters, and support staff! I have given it some thought, and on April 16th, I will put my name into the transfer portal.” English posted on social media.

In 2023, English made six appearances as wide receiver. His first touchdown as a college came against Indiana, a four-yard reception.

A depleted Michigan receiving corps will be under even more pressure from the move stretches because the Wolverines will have to replace star players Cornelius Johnson and Roman Wilson.

At the Galen Center in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon, Michigan women’s basketball lost 82-71 in overtime to Kansas in the First Round of the NCAA Tournament. The team had a 10-point lead at the break.

With 12 seconds remaining, Zakiyah Franklin made a game-tying 3-pointer for the Jayhawks, and Lauren Hansen was unable to respond at the final regular buzzer. Kansas took a lead it wouldn’t let go after scoring the opening five points of the extra session.
