Atlanta Hawks HC Quin  Snyder Terminate contract with Hawks and further explain his decision

On Sunday night at Crypto.com Arena, the Atlanta Hawks defeated the Los Angeles Clippers with convincing ease, ending a three-game losing streak 110-93.

With 21 points, Dejounte Murray led the Hawks, and De’Andre Hunter scored 20 points off the bench. Paul George added 26 points, while Kawhi Leonard scored a game-high 28 points for the Clippers.

The Los Angeles Clippers were the first opponent the Hawks faced in game three of their five-game Western Conference road trip. It was the first of two games played at the Crypto.com Arena. For two noteworthy reasons—they are a superior team and are currently in better condition than Atlanta—the Clippers were double-digit favorites. The Hawks’ arrival is all the more amazing and unexpected because of these two elements.

After a very evenly contested first quarter in which Atlanta led 31-29 heading into the second, the Hawks outscored the Clippers 30-15 to start the game’s opening quarter.

Although the Clippers missed a lot of shots (28 of 74, or 37.8%), the Hawks had excellent defensive performance on the previous night. They were displaying various efforts, displaying good shifting, contesting and blocking shots, displaying their bodies, getting their hands in passing lanes, and reading cross-court passes. This was maybe the strongest Hawks defensive effort I have seen in a while.

This was a nice theft in the first quarter from Bruno Fernando, who was excellent in the first half and frequently blitzed the ball handler, causing Bones Hyland to cough up the ball on this particular occasion:
