Report: Taylan May is one among the Panthers closing on triple re-signing boost
According to reports, Taylan May, Mitch Kenny, and Sunia Turuva will all be re-signed by the Penrith Panthers in the upcoming weeks.
Under the NRL’s contract regulations, other teams have been permitted to talk with the three players since November 1 of last year, making them among the biggest players still without a contract at the club.
None, though, have announced plans to relocate in the upcoming year.
Because the May brothers want to play together, Taylan May was thought to have the best chance of ending up at a new club in 2025 out of the three.

However, it now seems that the only way that will happen is if Terrell decides to join the Panthers, which is not looking likely. Panthers general manager Matt Cameron confirmed the team was “deep in negotiations” with the trio at a corporate function, according to Nathan Taylor of The Western Weekender.
It’s anticipated that in the upcoming weeks, May, Kenny, and Turuva’s futures may be revealed.
Although May was expected to depart, it’s highly likely that rival teams have inquired about both star young winger Turuva and dummy half Kenny, who both want to play fullback in the NRL.
