There’s another Curry in the mix, thanks to Stephen and Ayesha! The multihyphenate entrepreneur made her announcement that she is expecting her fourth child with her NBA superstar husband on Friday in the most iconic way possible: by flaunting her growing skincare line, Sweet July Skin, on the cover of Sweet July Magazine’s inaugural digital issue, featuring a stunning belly-baring photo.
Since 2011, Ayesha and Steph have been wed. Former sweethearts in high school, Riley, 11, Ryan, 8, and Cannon, 5, are the parents of the couple.
The cookbook author says that she and Steph “thought we were done” after having their third kid, but they decided they wanted a fourth “last year” in an interview for Sweet July Magazine’s “Village Issue.”
“I made the decision because I would constantly find myself glancing around and sensing that something was missing. I used to think, “Oh, I forgot something,” as I was packing the car. However, no one was overlooked “Ayesha writes. It began to slightly twist my thoughts. Perhaps there was a missing person. With the knowledge that this would complete our family, we set out on this trip.”
As she notes, juggling her elder children, many endeavors, and the richness of managing five daily lives made her realize how she was “tremendously busy in ways I wasn’t before.” Ayesha goes on to describe that her fourth pregnancy is significantly different from her prior three.
She states, “I’m also realizing how quickly time has gone by with our first three children, who are now self-sufficient and don’t need as much from us,” adding that her youngest child is very interested in her becoming pregnant. It’s been so amazing to see this from his eyes as well as Ryan and Riley’s. Their ages and life stages are so dissimilar. It’s been the most interesting thing because of how diverse their opinions are.”
