Alasdair Gold says Ange Postecoglou has a issue to fix at Tottenham in next two weeks
February has been a mixed month for Tottenham, and it ultimately did feel as if the Wolverhampton Wanderers defeat had been coming.
Perhaps Postecoglou’s side rode their luck against both Brentford and Brighton & Hove Albion at home, two games they did still have the character to win.
But perhaps the Tottenham boss will have been disappointed with one or two moments, at least that’s what Alasdair Gold thought.
Speaking on the ‘Gold & Guest Talk Tottenham podcast’, the journalist was convinced that Postecoglou needed to oversee a real attitude change during these two weeks off.
Gold was left very frustrated with the way in which the Spurs players were pressing against Wolves in particular, saying Ange should simply drop anyone not giving it one hundred percent.
Alasdair Gold believes that Ange Postecoglou must change his Tottenham players’ mindset.
Speaking on the podcast, Gold thought an attitude change was needed, something a lot more important than tactical nuisances.
He said: “I think that’s going to be Ange’s biggest thing to fix in these two weeks, more so than even the technical stuff.
