OZARK, Ala. (WTVY) – A man shot by officers pulled a cut and debilitated individuals at an All-In Credit Union area in Ozark some time recently driving police and state troopers on a brave interest.

The chase went to Center Road, around five miles absent, where a standoff happened with law authorization. Officers with ALEA SWAT shot the suspect, who Dale Province Coroner John Cawley recognized as Boyd D. Phillips, a 47-year-old Dale District man.

Phillips was articulated dead by Cawley at Dale Restorative Center without further ado after the standoff. An Alabama Law Requirement Office explanation said no officers were harmed amid the occurrence.
